Kalininsky Regional Drama Theatre is located at Prospekt Mira, 4. The main theatrical center of the region opened after the war on November 6, 1947 with its first season. Festivals "Baltic Seasons" and "BAShN" regularly take place here. More than thirty different performances are in the repertoire, including classics and modern plays. The first performance was a play based on C. Simonov's work "A Guy from Our Town".

The Kaliningrad Regional Museum of Amber is located in the Königsberg fortress, in General Field Marshal Don's Tower, built in 1853. It features a unique collection of amber samples with ancient insects and plants over 40 million years old, as well as reconstructions of the famous Amber Room. The exhibition area covers about 1000 sq. m and occupies three floors. The museum organizes more than 30 exhibitions annually and hosts an international biennial "Alatyr".

Catherdal of Kaliningrad located on Kant's Island is one of Russia's oldest Gothic churches founded in 1333. It is also known for Immanuel Kant who rests at its northeast corner since 1804. Despite being bombed by British aviation in August 1944, the church miraculously survived thanks to philosopher's grave. Today it is a concert hall with 700 seats and Baltic Gothic style. The cathedral is depicted on a commemorative coin and recognized as the main symbol of Kaliningrad Oblast.
Cathedral of Christ the Savior

The Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Kaliningrad is located on Victory Square. Construction began in 1995 with the participation of Russian President Boris Yeltsin. The cathedral was designed by architect Олег Kopylov in the traditions of Vladimir-Suzdal architecture. The consecration of the upper temple took place in 2006 by Patriarch Alexius II. Inside there is an iconostasis created for the Russian garrison in Memel during the Seven Years' War and transferred from Germany in 1996. The bell tower is decorated with 13 bells weighing over 100 tons, including the largest bell weighing 14 tons. The height of the building together with the cross is 73 meters.

Church of the Holy Family, now Kaliningrad Philharmonic, is located at Bogdan Khmelnytsky Street, 61a. The building, constructed in 1907 by architect Friedrich Heytman in the neo-gothic style, suffered during World War II from bombings and combat actions. Since 1980 it has been used as a concert hall where regular performances of organ and chamber music are held. Previously, there was a large organ in the church.

Royal Gates is a historical landmark in Kaliningrad located at ul. Frunze, 112. They were built according to the project of General Ernst Ludwig von Aster and decorated with facades by architect Friedrich August Stüler. Statues of kings Friedrich I, Albrecht and Ottokar II Bohemian are installed above the gates. After restoration in 2005, an historical-cultural center "Great Embassy" opened here. Construction of the gates began by order of King of Prussia Friedrich Wilhelm IV in 1843.
Bunker Museum

"Bunker" Museum is located in Kaliningrad at Universitetskaya Street, 2. It is a seven-meter deep underground shelter built before the siege of Königsberg in 1945 and included 20 rooms with communication systems and life support. The headquarters of General Otto Lisch was here, who made the decision to surrender the city. Today, the museum exhibition tells about historical events of that time. Previously, the structure remained abandoned for many years after the war ended.
Fort No. 5 Museum

Fort No. 5 Museum is located in Kaliningrad on Bulatova Street. It features an exhibition dedicated to the military history of the region and the defense of Königsberg in the 19th century. Visitors can see military equipment from World War II. The fort's participation in the battles for the city during the April 1945 siege attracts particular attention, as it became one of the key defensive points. The Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad opened on April 12, 1990. Visitors can see the unique submarine "B-413" and the communication ship "Cosmonaut Viktor Patsayev". In the aquarium hall there are sea shells and corals. The main building has a viewing platform with a Fresnel lens and the largest whale skeleton in the country. More than half of the exhibits are genuine items from oceanographic research.

In Central Park in Kaliningrad on Prospekt Pobedy there is a monument to Karl Hieronymus von Münchhausen, the famous baron. A steel wall is adorned with the silhouette of the hero taking off on a cannonball. The pedestal of the monument is decorated with inscriptions "Königsberg" and "Kaliningrad". The sculpture was given to the city of Kaliningrad by its historical founder - the German town of Bodenwerder. The work was created by German artist Georg Pettau.

St. Nikolay Cathedral previously known as Judtten Church is located in Kaliningrad at Tenisnaya Alleya, 39b. It is the oldest building of the city founded in 1288 and for a long time served as a fortress due to its strong walls with embrasures. Since 2007 it has been the convent of a women's monastery. The main value of the cathedral is the sculpture "Madonna with Child on a Crescent" from the 15th century. The cathedral is famous for its church choir recognized as the best in Kaliningrad. The first Orthodox service took place here in 1988 after transferring the building to the Russian Orthodox Church in 1985.

The sculpture "Fighting Bison" in Kaliningrad was installed on November 12, 1912 and is a gift from the Prussian Ministry of Culture to the city of Königsberg. The composition was created by German sculptor August Gaule, known for his animal depictions. Miraculously preserved after the city's storm during the war, it served as a warehouse for many years. In 1992, the cathedral was consecrated and transferred to the Orthodox church. Inside, elements reminding of its Lutheran past are preserved, while a note with an appeal for forgiveness for possible construction flaws is embedded in the spire.
