Holy Saint Alexander Nevsky Cathedral

The Church of Saint Alexander Nevsky is located in Kaliningrad on Aleksandr Nevsky Street. Construction began in 2008 with the laying of the first stone, and the small consecration took place in November 2013 by Patriarch Kirill of Moscow. The church can accommodate about nine hundred people and has five domes. Its design was developed by architect Aleksey Musin. It is one of the new Orthodox churches in the city.
