I, a user of the GIDIO digital service, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, hereby give to Individual Entrepreneur Mesropyan David Davidovich, INN 540133672385, OGRNIP 324547600037031 (hereinafter the "Operator"), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. LIST OF DATA

  • account identifier in Telegram, Max, or the mobile application;
  • name, first name, username, or other profile name available to the Service;
  • e-mail and/or phone number, if I provide them upon registration or when making a request;
  • the selected city, travel parameters, interests, and other responses that I provide for the creation of a scenario;
  • history of use of the Service: completed scenarios, place check-ins, saved impressions, and comments;
  • the text of my requests and messages to the AI guide to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Service;
  • geolocation data - only if I myself provide it/grant access;
  • technical data necessary for the operation and security of the Service;
  • technical payment information received from the payment provider: status, amount, date, transaction identifier, masked payment instrument data.

2. PURPOSES

  • provision of access to the Service and its functions;
  • identification of the User and synchronization of the account across available platforms;
  • creation and maintenance of a personal travel scenario;
  • processing of messages and provision of responses from the AI guide;
  • verification of the passage of points and adaptation of the scenario when geolocation is used;
  • ensuring the operation of the Subscription, accounting for payments and refunds;
  • processing of support requests;
  • ensuring the security and stability of the Service;
  • compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. ACTIONS WITH DATA

3.1. Consent is given for the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, provision/transfer to persons engaged for the operation of the Service to the extent necessary, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data, with or without the use of automation tools.

4. PERSONS INVOLVED IN PROCESSING

4.1. To achieve the specified purposes, the Operator has the right to entrust the processing to or transfer the necessary data to providers of the Service's infrastructure and technologies, including the Telegram and Max/VK platforms, the payment provider OOO "ROBOKASSA", technical contractors, and other persons specified in the Privacy Policy, provided that there is a lawful basis and the necessary protective measures are in place.

5. TERM AND WITHDRAWAL

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the corresponding purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn, if the processing is based specifically on consent and there is no other lawful basis for continuing the processing.

5.2. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to gidiotravel@yandex.ru. In the cases provided for by law, following withdrawal the Operator shall cease the corresponding processing and destroy the data within the established period, if there is no other lawful basis for its processing.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent in respect of data without which it is technically impossible to provide the requested functions of the Service may result in the termination of the corresponding function or access, if there is no other basis for processing.

6. METHOD OF GIVING CONSENT

6.1. Consent is given by means of a separate explicit action in the Service interface, for example by placing a mark/checkbox or pressing a confirmation button after being provided the opportunity to review this text and the Privacy Policy.

6.2. The Operator records the fact of obtaining consent: the User identifier, the date and time, the platform, the version of the consent text, and the confirming action performed.
