CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I, a user of the GIDIO service, acting freely and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", give the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Mesropyan David Davidovich (INN 540133672385, OGRNIP 324547600037031) — consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• the account identifier in Telegram / Max / the GIDIO mobile application;
• the user's name (username / first name / the name given at registration);
• the history of use of the Service: completed routes, place markers, saved comments.

Purposes of processing: providing access to the Service and ensuring its functionality on all platforms.

Methods of processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, deletion.

Term of the consent: until the consent is withdrawn or the user's account is deleted.

Procedure for withdrawing consent: the user has the right to withdraw consent by sending a request to gidiotravel@yandex.ru.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of data required to perform the Agreement may result in termination of access to the Service. Refunds are made under the rules of the Public Offer.

This consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous, relates to a defined subject matter, and is executed in accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
