TERMS OF USE

of the GIDIO digital service

These Terms of Use govern the rules for the free and general use of the GIDIO digital service, whose rightholder and operator is Individual Entrepreneur Mesropyan David Davidovich. The paid Subscription and recurring payments are additionally governed by the Public Offer.

1. STATUS AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

1.1. By using the Service after the link to these Terms has been displayed and by performing an explicit action such as "Yes, I agree", "Continue", "Start" or another similar action, the User confirms that they have reviewed these Terms and accepts the provisions thereof.

1.2. If the User does not agree with the provisions, they must cease using the Service.

2. ABOUT THE SERVICE

2.1. GIDIO is a digital AI guide that creates a personalized step-by-step scenario for experiencing a city and provides the user with the next step, information about a place, tasks, hints and other elements of the digital experience.

2.2. The Service is available through the Telegram Mini App, the Max Mini App, the GIDIO mobile application and other interfaces that may be added by the Contractor.

2.3. The Service provides recommendations. It does not constitute an official excursion, a tour operator service, a navigational safety service or an emergency service.

3. ADVISORY NATURE OF THE INFORMATION

3.1. Scenarios, texts, recommendations, map links and the responses of the AI guide may be created or supplemented by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies or outdated information.

3.2. The User independently verifies material information regarding the availability of sites, operating hours, price, visiting restrictions, traffic conditions and safety.

3.3. Priority is always given to the actual on-site conditions, official instructions, requirements of the law and safety rules.

4. RULES OF USE

• to use the Service only in a lawful manner and primarily for personal purposes;
• not to interfere with the software code, infrastructure and protection mechanisms of the Service;
• not to use automated mass collection of content without permission;
• not to upload malicious materials and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• not to transmit into the Service chat any excessive personal data of third parties, passwords, full payment details or other information not required for the operation of the Service.

5. GEOLOCATION

5.1. Certain features may request geolocation. Geolocation is transmitted only after an action by the User and the permission granted through the interface of the platform or the device.

5.2. Geolocation may be used to determine position, verify the passing of a point, select the next step and adapt the scenario.

5.3. The User may choose not to provide geolocation, but in such a case certain features may be unavailable.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. The rights to the software code, design, structure of scenarios, texts, compilations and other protected elements of the Service belong to the Contractor or are used by it on lawful grounds.

6.2. The User is granted a limited right to use the Service for personal non-commercial purposes. The mass copying, resale, publication or creation of derivative commercial products from the content of the Service without permission is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

7. TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

7.1. Temporary interruptions are possible due to updates, the operation of Telegram/Max, providers, application stores, communication networks and other third parties.

7.2. The Contractor is entitled to modify the functionality of the free part of the Service, provided that this does not breach obligations already incurred towards the User.

8. PAID FEATURES

8.1. If the User purchases a paid Subscription, the price, term, automatic renewal, and the procedure for charging, cancellation and refund are governed by a separate Public Offer available on the gidio.ru website.

9. PERSONAL DATA AND NOTIFICATIONS

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and a separate Consent to the processing of personal data.

9.2. Advertising and marketing messages are sent only where the User has given a separate prior consent. Service messages necessary for the operation of the Service and the performance of the contract do not constitute advertising, unless they are advertising in nature by their content.

10. LIABILITY

10.1. The User independently makes decisions regarding travel and the visiting of sites. The provisions of these Terms do not release the Contractor from liability in cases where such liability is established by mandatory provisions of the law.

11. AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION

11.1. The current version is published on the website. In the event of material changes, the Contractor notifies the User through an available interface. The User is entitled to cease using the Service in the event of disagreement.
