Youth Park

Yunost' Park is situated in Kaliningrad at Telmana Street, 3. Established in 1956 near Upper Pond, it features a monument to internationalist soldiers created by Lyudmila Ponomareva and Vladimir Eremeev, officially unveiled in 1998. Previously, there was a cinema called Yunost', which ceased operations in 1970 and subsequently burned down. In the 1980s, tennis courts and a boathouse operated within the park. Since 1992, the park has been a municipal enterprise. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot from the city center to reach it.
