Central Park of Culture and Rest in Kaliningrad is located next to Pobeda Square at Pobeda Avenue, 1. Founded in the late XVIII century under the name "Luisenwalde" in honor of the Prussian Queen Luise, after World War II it became the city's Central Park. Today there are a puppet theater in the former church of Queen Luise's memory, a monument to Baron Munchausen and a sculpture of Vladimir Vysotsky. The park area is convenient for walks and accessible on foot from the main city objects.
