Bunker Museum

The "Bunker" Museum is situated beneath a building on Universitetskaya Street in Kaliningrad. It features an unusual underground exhibition dedicated to the siege of Königsberg in April 1945. Visitors can view five dioramas depicting combat actions, the layout of the German headquarters, and the situation prior to the city's surrender. The museum also provides information about negotiations between Soviet emissaries and garrison commander Otto Lash, culminating in the capitulation of German forces. The site has been designated as a federal cultural monument following its major renovation from 2012 to 2014.
