Храм Покрова Пресвятой Богородицы (кирха Розенау)

Cathedral of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, previously known as Rosenau Church, was founded in 1914 in the outskirts of Königsberg. Miraculously preserved after the city's storm during the war, it served as a warehouse for many years. In 1992, the cathedral was consecrated and transferred to the Orthodox church. Inside, elements reminding of its Lutheran past are preserved, while a note with an appeal for forgiveness for possible construction flaws is embedded in the spire.
