The bridge connects Gogol Street with Bruges Embankment, providing separate pedestrian traffic from vehicle flow. Its structure rests on four pillars sunk eight meters deep. The surface is covered with natural granite tiles.

Ivan Klyuchnikov-Palantay's House-Museum was opened in a house built in 1925. It is situated at Lev Tolstoy Street, 25 in Yoshkar-Ola. Established in 1960, it is dedicated to the composer regarded as one of the founders of Mari professional music. The memorial collection of the museum has been enriched thanks to the heirs of the composer and his students. Initial research was conducted under the guidance of the first director who organized expeditions to study the life and work of the musician.

The museum building is the former house of merchant Chulkov. A special place is occupied by the collection of heraldic signs of Russian cities.

Museum of Folk Applied Arts

The Museum of Folk Applied Arts is located in Yoshkar-Ola at Chechensky Street, 23. It is a single-story wooden house from the beginning of the 20th century with a gable roof decorated with classical lacy carving. Opened in 1999, it is dedicated to the traditions of crafts and decorative-applied arts of the Mari people. One can see traditional embroidery, carved wooden products and woven items made by local masters here. The building is an historical monument of the Republic of Mari El.

Amsterdam Embankment in Yoshkar-Ola runs along the Little Kokshaga River from Pushkin Street to Gogol Street. Over 228 thousand exhibits are kept here, including archaeological findings of ancient Mari people from the VI-XIII centuries. The museum also features ethnographic, numismatic, and natural science collections. In 2024, a museum-patriotic center "Heroes of the Fatherland" opened.
Ivan A. Obolensky-Nogotkov Monument

The monument to Ivan Andreevich Obolensky-Nogotkov stands on the square named after him in Yoshkar-Ola. A six-meter-high sculpture depicts the warlord riding a horse with a royal decree in his hand. The monument was unveiled in 2007 and weighs six tons. The artistic reconstruction of his appearance is based on historical data since there are no surviving portraits of the warlord. The patriarch's figure is made of bronze, its height exceeds 3.5 meters, and it weighs approximately 1.6 tons. In his left hand, Alexius II holds a staff, while his raised right arm points to a dove symbolizing peace and spiritual renewal. On the pedestal there is an engraved inscription stating that it was Alexius II who founded the Yoshkar-Ola and Mari Eparchy separated from Kazan Eparchy on June 11, 1993. The sculpture was cast in Zhukovskiy, Moscow Oblast.

The statue of Pyotr and Feodora is situated on Patriarch's Square in Yoshkar-Ola. Initially mistakenly indicated death date "1942" was later corrected to the correct year - 1937. It was unveiled on July 21, 1978, to commemorate the ninetieth anniversary of the author's birth.

Patrist Square in Yoshkar-Ola emerged in 2010 following the reconstruction of Malaya Kokshaga Embankment. The square is situated on the right bank of the river and named after the patriarch whose memory is immortalized with a monument.
