Bruges Embankment

Bryggen Embankment in Yoshkar-Ola is the city's main tourist attraction. Located along the right bank of the Little Kokshaga River, it features buildings in Flemish style reminiscent of Bruges' gingerbread houses. Various republican ministries are situated here. Across from the registry office stands a monument to Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier III. The embankment is one of the most popular spots for photo sessions in the city.
