Museum of Orthodox History

The Museum of the History of Orthodoxy is located on the banks of the Small Kokshaga River in Yoshkar-Ola. It introduces visitors to the history of the spread of Orthodox Christianity in the Mari region. The museum opened in 2016 and is a branch of the National Museum of the republic.
