Museum of Orthodox History

The Museum of Orthodox History is situated in Yoshkar-Ola, on Voskresenskaya Embankment, 12. It opened in 2016 and is part of the National Museum of the Republic of Mari El named after T. Evseev. The exhibition introduces the history of Orthodoxy and the fate of region's churches, featuring authentic religious artifacts and documents. Located in a picturesque spot near the River Malaya Kokshaga.
