Arkhangel'skaya Sloboda

Arkhangelskaya Sloboda in Yoshkar-Ola is a picturesque city corner near Republic Square and the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It includes 11 bright houses with towers and arched windows, as well as animal and bird figures on the roofs. In 2013, a sculpture called "Yoshkini Koshki" was installed. This is a popular spot for tourist photo sessions.
