Open-Air Museum of Folk Fairy Tale

Open-Air Folk Tale Museum in Yoshkar-Ola is situated at Soviet Street, number 105. Established by enthusiasts Sergey Slesarev and Gennady Efremov, it features well-known fairy tale characters including Tsarevna-Lyagushka, Ivan-Czarevich, and Baba-Yaga, along with Mari epic heroes such as Chotkar the Knight and Khan Akpars. The exhibit comprises sculptures on the façade of a residential building and is accessible for free twenty-four hours a day.
