Hagia Maria Sousteliou

The Church of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Yoshkar-Ola is located at Uspenskaya Street, 40 near the Government House. Built from 2003 to 2011 and named after Moscow's Dormition Cathedral. It is a two-story brick building with five domes and a tall bell tower. The opening of the church coincided with the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Victory Day in World War II.
