Republican Museum of Fine Arts

The museum is located at Gogol Street, 15 in Yoshkar-Ola. Its exhibition occupies three floors with an area of 530 sq. m. Established in 1990 as an exhibition hall, previously known as the republican exhibition hall (opened in 1981). The main direction of the collection is Mari art in terms of visual arts and applied crafts. The building was designed according to a unique project by architect V.I. Babenko in 1980.
