Archiepiscopal Court in Vologda — historical residence of Vologda archbishops and bishops since the 16th century. The complex includes stone walls built from 1671 to 1675, and buildings constructed over four centuries. Today, the Simonsky Corpus houses exhibits of the museum-reserve. Special significance has the Yosifovsky Corpus created upon order of bishop Yosif Zolotoy in 1769.

Museum carriage recalls the deeds of the train which during World War II transported over 25 thousand wounded patients, making 53 trips starting from its first departure on June 26, 1941.

The mansion belongs to objects of Vologda wooden architecture and is associated with the Zasetsky noble family. In 2020, the project for building restoration began, completed with full renovation in 2026.

Initially wooden gates were replaced by a stone church between 1687-1691.

The monument was installed in 1959 on the site where the demolished Voskresenskaya church used to be. The authors of the memorial are Vologda sculptors Gennadiy and Tekusa Kontartary, while the reliefs were made at the Leningrad factory "Monumentsculpture". The object has regional protection status and a number in the state register — 351711292690005.

The Sophy Cathedral in Vologda was founded in 1567 and completed construction in 1568-1570. To the cathedral three closed stone porches were added in the Russian-Byzantine style of the mid-19th century. Inside there are monumental frescoes painted in 1686-1688. The bell tower was reconstructed in 1870 according to architect V.N. Shildknecht's project. The building has a width of 25.6 meters and five domes. It is an important historical symbol of the city.

Stone buildings emerged in the 16th century while fortress walls with towers were constructed in the mid-17th century. After being closed during Soviet times, the monastery reopened in 1991. In early 1990s workshops for furniture repair and funeral services were housed there.

Currently, daily services and festive liturgies are held in the church.

The bell tower has a typical northeastern appearance from the first half of the 18th century. Regular services are held.

Dedication of the main altar took place on December 6, 1997. After restoration services began on November 20 of the same year. Currently, the church belongs to the Vologda diocese.

Dedication of the Maxim the Confessor's chapel took place in 1781 due to donations from merchant Maxim Ivanovich Rybnikov. Construction of the temple utilized services of Yaroslavl masters Boris Nazarov and Pankrat Timofeev, making it the first major stone building in Vologda after a long pause in stone construction.

Since 1832 it served as a summer church for the parish. Closed in the mid-1920s and transferred to the provincial archive, but now it operates again within the Vologda Metropolitan Diocese.
