Vologda State Historical and Architectural Reserve and Art Museum

Vologda State Historical, Architectural and Art Museum-Reserve is situated in the ensemble of Vologda Kremlin at the address: Vologda, Sergei Orlov St., 15. Founded in 1988 based on the local museum. Includes monuments of the Kremlin such as Sophian Cathedral. Museum collections feature icons, embroidery, painting, graphics, sculpture, jewelry and decorative-applied arts. Formerly, the Resurrection Cathedral served as an exhibition hall for the art gallery.
