Holy Temple of Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God

The Church of Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God is located on Oktyabrskaya Street, 46B in Vologda. Built from 1684 to 1689, it is a stone winter church dedicated to Archangel Gabriel. A gilt cross was installed on the dome in 2025. There is a warm side chapel of Feodosiy Pecherskiy attached to the church. The building was constructed with donations from merchant Gavrila Martynovich Fetiyev. Earlier, there were wooden churches mentioned in sources from 1627 on this site.
