Church of the Presentation of the Lord

The Church of the Presentation of the Lord in Vologda is a pillarless three-part building on a podklet, combining Russian Baroque and traditional 17th-century ornamentation in its architecture. The cubic volume of the temple is strongly elongated vertically, and its eastern part ends with a single-apse altar. During the restoration in the 2020s, craftsmen restored the historical facades, for which Yaroslavl specialists produced 497 new tiles based on old samples. In April 2020, eight bells were raised to the bell tower, the largest of which weighs 80 kilograms.
