Stalin's Summer Residence Museum

Stalin's Summer Residence Museum is located on Kurortny Prospekt in Sochi. It was Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin's former residence where he spent his summers from August to October annually. Architect Merzhanov built the building on a mountain ridge amidst picturesque landscapes of Matsestinsky Valley and Agurskoye Gorge. Inside, original furnishings including personal belongings and furniture are preserved. Visitors can visit the winery for wine tasting, chacha and other beverages, as well as purchase local products. Among famous guests at the summer house were Mao Zedong who left a commemorative silver writing set.

The Organ and Chamber Music Hall named after A.F. Debolskaya is located in the center of Sochi's resort area at Kurortny Prospekt, 32. It is named after the famous pianist and teacher Alexandra Fyodorovna Debolskaya and is part of the Sochi Concert and Philharmonic Union. The hall regularly organizes concerts of organ and chamber music, including events under the program "Pushkinskaya karta".
Winter Theatre

Winter Theatre in Sochi is a federal architectural monument built by order of I.V. Stalin. The building features 88 Corinthian columns and sculptural figures on the gable representing painting, architecture, and sculpture. The theater is known for hosting festivals such as "Kinotavr", Winter Arts Festival, and Autumn Yuri Bashmet Festival. Among its performers were Lyubov Orlova, Svyatoslav Richter, Faina Ranevskaya, and Yuri Bashmet. The official opening took place on May 15, 1938 with the premiere of the opera "The Queen of Spades".
N. A. Ostrovsky Literary and Memorial Museum

The building of N.A. Ostrovsky Literary and Memorial Museum is located in a picturesque garden of Sochi center at Korchagina Street, 4. The museum was founded in 1937, a year after the writer's death. Interiors of rooms are preserved in their original state, reproducing the atmosphere of early XX century. Nearby there is a relief of Nikolay Ostrovsky. Exhibition introduces visitors to the life and works of writers associated with the city. The building is also an architectural and historical monument built in art deco style.

Memorial "Deed in the Name of Life" in Sochi commemorates the feat of medical personnel of Sochi hospitals during World War II. A steel arch with images of doctors and wounded symbolizes heroism and selflessness of medical workers. The monument was created by sculptor D. Ryabtsev and architect Yu. Lvov; construction began in 1974, opening took place in 1995. The memorial is located near Riviera Park.
Archangel Mikhail Monument

The Monument to Archangel Mikhail stands on Kurortny Prospekt in Sochi. The city's heavenly patron is installed on a high bronze column 7 meters tall. The sculpture was created in Belarus and solemnly opened in 2006. Nearby the monument is the grave of defenders of Fort Aleksandriya and next to it there is St. Mikhail's Cathedral.

This was the dacha of the famous Russian singer Valeria Barsova, holder of coloratura soprano and soloist at the Bolshoi Theatre. The museum's exhibition includes personal belongings, photos and documents of the singer, as well as offers an impressive view of the surrounding mountains and gorges. It is a branch of the Museum of the History of the Resort City of Sochi.

The Adler District History Museum is located in Sochi on Kirova Street, 53. Founded by краеведом Stephan Voytenko and World War II veteran Robert Popov. The museum's collection includes paintings, rare books and maps, archaeological finds and items reflecting everyday life of Sochi residents from different eras. Nearby are the Olympic Park and Imeretinsky Embankment, making it a convenient place to visit during walks.

Founded in 1920 based on the Caucasian Mountain Club, it exhibits over 4000 items including artifacts from ancient and medieval times as well as items of everyday life of the Caucasus peoples. Visitors can learn about the history of resort development in the region and details of the preparation and holding of the 2014 Olympics. The total exhibition area covers approximately 700 square meters distributed across 14 rooms. The museum building is an architectural monument.

The Olympic Park in Sochi was built specifically for hosting the 2014 Winter Olympics. Sochi Dendrarium

The Sochi Dendrarium was founded in 1892 by Sergei Nikolaevich Khudekov. It is part of the Sochi National Park and covers an area of 46.4 hectares. The park has two zones: upper with a picturesque viewing platform and panoramic points overlooking the Caucasus Range, and lower with ponds where swans, ducks and pelicans live. For visitors' convenience, there is a cable car longer than 900 meters. A distinctive feature is Villa "Nadezhda", built in 1899.

The Sochi Fine Arts Museum named after D.D. Zhilinsky is located on Kurortny Prospekt in Sochi. Founded in 1964 and renamed in honor of famous artist Dmitry Zhilinsky in 2023. The exhibition includes icons from the 18th to 20th centuries, works by Russian masters (Aivazovsky, Shishkin, Levitan, Repin, Sеров), and ancient silver from the 1st to 2nd century AD. The museum building, built in 1936, is in the neoclassical style with columns and a portico. Nearby there is a garden with a sculpture "Golden Fleece" and temporary exhibitions of contemporary artists are held.

Prometheus Statue on Eagle's Rocks

The Prometheus Statue installed in 1998 on Orlani Rocks in Khostinsky District of Sochi recalls the ancient Greek legend of the titan chained to the Caucasus Mountains. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from the nearest route point to the statue.
