The "Nadezhda" Museum-Cottage in Sochi is situated on Kurortny Prospekt. The plot was acquired by Sergey Khudekov in 1889 and developed starting from 1890. Here, an unique park with exotic plants from nurseries in southern France has been created. The exhibition includes an agricultural museum, botanical cabinet, scientific library, six exhibition halls with models of theatrical sets and original sketches by Khudekov for the park's pavilions. The total area of the estate amounted to 52 desyatiny and 1200 square sazhen.
