Hope Mansion Museum

The "Nadezhda" Museum-Dacha is situated on Kurortny Prospekt in Sochi. The plot was developed in 1890 when Khudkevch acquired subtropical plants from nurseries in southern France for it. The estate included an agricultural museum, botanical cabinet, and scientific library. The museum's exhibition is displayed in six exhibition halls featuring models and sketches of theatrical sets, genuine stage costumes, and ballet slippers. The total area of the estate amounted to 52 desyatiny and 1200 square sazhen.
