33 Waterfalls Cascade

The Jegosh Ravine in the Lazarevsky District of Sochi is famous for a cascade of 33 picturesque waterfalls along the streambed of the Jegosh River. The road from the village of Big Kichmay leads through a green valley to an ecological trail where views open up onto the cascading stepwaterfalls. Rare Colchian boxwood plantations are also planted here, while cliffs and trees are adorned with luxuriant lianas, ferns and mosses. The total length of the route is approximately four kilometers.
