Established in 1997, it focuses on preserving memories of Stavropol's relocation due to the construction of the Kuybyshevskaya Hydroelectric Power Station. The main exhibits include the Starikovs' House, the first relocated object in May 1953, and a former merchant's house previously used as a cinema and children's library. Locals raised 250,000 rubles for this memorial, which has gained popularity among newlyweds thanks to a local superstition promising marital longevity through touching the statue's nose.

The Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral in Tolyatti is located at Revolutions Street, 19. The cathedral was consecrated on August 19, 2002 and can accommodate up to 5,000 people simultaneously. The architectural project was developed by Moscow architect Dmitry Sobolev in the ancient Russian style. Inside there is a mosaic floor made of 12 types of marble, while the facade is illuminated externally. There is also a free children's educational center operating within the temple. An icon "All-Mighty Queen" (a copy donated by monks from the Vatopedi Monastery, Mount Athos) decorates the interior space of the cathedral.
