Water Tower (Waterworks Museum)

Water Tower in Cherepovets city built in 1913 is an historical monument of industrial architecture of early 20th century. Today it serves as a museum of "Vodokanal" enterprise. Inside there is information and exhibition center where one can learn about history of development of Cherepovets water supply system. The upper floor once held a tank with capacity of ten thousand buckets from which clean water was supplied to the city's water supply system.
