Milyutin Monument

I.A. Milutin Monument is located in the center of Milutina Square between Lenin Street and Soviet Prospect in Cherepovets. Nearby are the камерный theatre, Art Museum and former Mariinskaya Girls' Gymnasium now known as Marriage Palace. Milutin governed the city for over forty years during which Cherepovets became an important cultural, educational and industrial center of Russia.
