Volkovs' House

Two-story merchant house of Volkov on Soviet Prospect in Cherepovets was built in the nineteenth century. This significant structure is a striking example of city architecture from that period and the main attraction of the town's center. Following the 2011 restoration, visitors can appreciate both the exterior of the building and the revamped interiors. Though the historic interior decoration has been lost, the house maintains its distinctive aura of the era.
