Volgograd Fast Tram (Metrotram)

Volgograd High-Speed Tram, also known as Metrotram, is a unique tram line in Russia with underground sections. It was first opened in 1984 after reconstruction of its aboveground part. Combining metro and traditional tram features, it has stations designed in metro style. Its adaptability allows further transformation to meet metro standards. Forbes magazine highlighted this unusual transportation system.
