Volgograd Museum of Fine Arts I.I. Maschkov

Volgograd Art Museum named after I.I. Mashkov is located on Lenina Avenue in Volgograd. Founded in 1938 as an art gallery, since 2010 it bears the name of famous local artist Illya Mashkov. It houses a collection of works by masters from the "Bubnovy Valet" association and other prominent artists. Unique because it is the sole specialized art museum in the Volgograd region. The museum features painting, graphics, sculpture and decorative-applied arts.
