Hergardt Mill Ruins

The ruins of Gerhardt Mill are situated in Volgograd on Marshal Chuikov Street. This is a federal historical monument built in the early 20th century by entrepreneur Alexander Gerhardt. During the Battle of Stalingrad, the building served as a command post and defense stronghold for the 13th Guards Rifle Division. Here, there are preserved brick facades with the owner's surname. The site is included in the Museum-Panorama "Battle of Stalingrad".
