Old Saratov Saripa Reserve Museum

The Old Saripa Heritage Museum is located on Izobilnaya Street, 10 in Volgograd. Established in 1765 by Catherine II, the Hering colony is known for its famous saripetka mustard. It features an architectural ensemble in the style of saxon baroque with 26 buildings, 23 of which are federal monuments from the 18th to 19th centuries. The museum houses a large German experimental library and operates the region's only kirk with a live organ sound.
