Fountain of Art

The Fountain "Art" is situated on the upper terrace of Central Embankment in Volgograd. It was created in 1957 by sculptor Sergey Aleshin and depicts a sculptural group of three girls in folk costumes performing dance movements. In 2012, the fountain underwent major reconstruction, gaining modern light-and-music equipment. The composition also evokes associations with the famous dance ensemble "Berezka".
