Dmitry F. Ustinov Monument

In Izhevsk, in the Victory Garden near the Eternal Flame, there is a monument to Dmitry Fedorovich Ustinov. It was opened on November 10, 2015. The sculpture is made of bronze by Moscow master Vladimir Kurochkin. The pedestal is made from Indian red granite. Marshal of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Soviet Union and twice Hero of Socialist Labor, Ustinov made a significant contribution to the development of defense industry in the region.
