Dudin Architect's Embankment

Dudin Architect's Embankment — the main promenade area of Izhevsk along Izhevsky Pond. Named after architect Semen Dudin associated with the ensemble of Izhevsk Arms Factory. Extends from the city beach to the dam of the pond, forming the modern shoreline since the 18th century. Strengthening of the left bank took place in the 1970s. In 2010, the embankment was restored.
