A. F. Deriabin Sculpture

The bust of Andrey Fyodorovich Deryabin is installed in Izhevsk near the dam of Izhevsky prud on Deryabin Avenue. The monument, 3.1 meters high, was made by Ivan Nikanorovich Sitnikov based on an old engraving and dedicated to the founder of the Izhevsk gun factory. A nadpis on the backside of the pedestal notes the centennial of the firearms enterprise. The monument was opened on June 10, 1907 and is a regional cultural heritage site. Together with the tower of the Main Building it forms an important urban gradostroitelnaya axis of the city.
