Kazan Railway Station

Kazan-Passazhirskaya Railway Station is located on the Pervozvannaya Square in Kazan. Opened in 1893, it was reconstructed in 2005 to celebrate the city's anniversary. It has 15 tracks, low platforms and an overhead concourse with lifts. After a fire in 1992, the building was restored by 1997. From the station departs a city train to the airport and southern parts of the city.
