Victory Park

Victory Park in Kazan is located on Yamasheva Avenue and covers an area of about 50 hectares. The central part features an Eternal Flame and a memorial panthéon for fallen heroes. Visitors are attracted by a pond with carp and crucian carp breeding, boat rental, as well as an open-air exhibition of military equipment. Notable attractions include the atomic submarine "Kazan" docking bay, a 42-meter-high Victory Stele with the Order of Victory, and a Georgy the Victorious temple-memorial. During the park's creation, 1418 trees were planted in memory of days during World War II.
