National Museum of Republic of Tatarstan

The National Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan is located in Kazan Kremlin. It introduces visitors to the history of Volga Bulgaria and the Kazan Khanate. More than hundred thousand historical items from various epochs are collected here. Branches-memorials operate, exhibitions and educational events take place. The museum studies and promotes the history and culture of the Tatar nation.
