Lenin Garden

Lenin Park in Kazan is located at Lobachevski Street, 5. This place is intended for peaceful rest among green plantations. There is a monument to victims of political repressions installed here, which became the first such memorial in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. On the columns of the monument there are engraved words "Forgive" in four languages. Also in the garden there is a monument to poet Gavriil Derzhavin. Nearby the park is Kazan University.
