Chernoyarov Passage

Казань, Кремлёвская улица, 21

Chernoyarov Passage in Kazan is situated on Kremlevskaya Street, 21. The building constructed in 1901 by architect G.B. Rush is a two-story brick structure with rental apartments. Its facade features a stepped composition due to reconstruction and includes two older buildings. Part of its appearance was damaged: original first-floor street decorations were lost but interior staircase with plasterwork remains intact. The main facade is adorned with three projecting sections featuring broken gables and attic windows. During Soviet times, the passage was nationalized and underwent further renovations including additions of balconies and new openings.
