Ak Bars Arena

"Ak Bars Arena" - stadium in Kazan, situated near Riviera aquapark and sports complex "Olimp". Matches of Russia Cup were held here, as well as opening and closing ceremonies of Universiade and WorldSkills championship. During World Aquatics Championships cultural park FINA was arranged there, visited by over 400 thousand people. Temporary pools for competitions and trainings were installed on the arena. Construction of metro through stations "Rubin" and "Chistopol'skaya" is planned.
