City Hall Building

The Building of City Hall in Rostov-on-Don is situated on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, 47. It was constructed in 1899 by architect A.N. Pomerantsev. Its facade is symmetrical with characteristic tiered division featuring rounded corners topped by domes. The first floor stands out due to rusticated masonry. The decor of the facade is done in baroque style. After restoration, original colors of the building were restored as depicted in old photographs from the late 19th century.
