Gench-Ogloueva Trading House

Gench-Oglueva Trading House is situated at Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, 68 in Rostov-on-Don. The building constructed from 1880 to 1883 is an early major work by architect Pomerezts. The ground floor is intended for commercial spaces, the second floor features vaulted rectangular openings, while the third floor has narrow decorative windows. The facades are adorned with baroque motifs. The plan of the building has a P-shaped configuration. The client was Rostov merchant Stepan Gench-Ogluev.
