G.G. Pustovoytova Trading House is located at the intersection of Bolshaya Sadovaya Street and Taganrogsky Prospect in Rostov-on-Don. The building, built in 1910 by architect E.M. Gulin, stands out with elements of rational modernism and for a long time was one of the tallest structures in the city. Originally used as a trading house, later it housed hotels "Central" and "London".
