Maxim Gorky Culture and Rest Park

Maxim Gorky Park of Culture And Rest - the oldest park in Rostov-on-Don founded in 1813, situated on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street. Features rotunda, seven fountains ("Eastern", "Grotto", "Western", "Goldfish", "Lighthouse", "Neptune" and "Herons") and sculptural composition "Peddler". Total area of the park is 11 hectares. In 1932 it was renamed after writer Maxim Gorky.
