Paramonovsky Depots

Paramonovsky Granaries in Rostov-on-Don are a complex of grain storage facilities from the 19th century, listed as federal cultural heritage site. The buildings were designed to cool down due to the nearby spring water flowing by. Legend connects these structures with Elpidifor Paramonov, a well-known Rostov grain industrialist. Today, through the ruins of the granaries passes a pipeline of that very spring water creating a unique microclimate for the area.
