Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Cathedral Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Rostov-on-Don is situated on Stanislavskogo Street. The first wooden structure emerged in 1766, later replaced by a stone church in 1795. The current building was constructed in mid-XIX century according to architect K.P. Ton's project in the Russian-Byzantine style. After restoration in late XX — early XXI centuries, the cathedral has reopened for services.
