Kistov Income House

The rental house of G.Y. Kistov is situated on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, 105/42 in Rostov-on-Don. Built in 1915 in the modern style, it stands out with its complex layout and serves as a typical example of architecture from that era. Currently, the building houses one of the main campuses of the Southern Federal University. The architectural design was developed by architects Arutyun Zakiyev and Grigory Vasilyev. The house has five floors and is used for educational and scientific purposes.
