Voroshilov Battery

Voroshilovskaya Battery is a branch of the Pacific Fleet Military Historical Museum on Russ Island in Vladivostok. It is Fort No. 981 coastal tower built using unique technology of delivering mechanisms over ice on sledges. Scenes for the film "Moonzund" were shot here in 1987. The battery's history is presented in the exhibition with archival photos and photo gallery.
