Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral

The Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral in Vladivostok is located on Светланская Street. Construction began in the XXI century under the guidance of architects A. Kotlyarov and V. Chirtick. The cathedral was blessed by Patriarch Alexius II in 2000 and officially opened in August 2023. It is the largest church in Primorye with a height of 67 meters and an internal area of 846 m², capable of accommodating up to 2000 worshippers simultaneously. Work continues on finishing and creating a museum for the Primorsky Metropolitan Diocese.
