Pokrovsky Park

Pokrovsky Park in Vladivostok is situated on Okhtinsky Avenue. Here historical churches have been recreated: Pokrovsky Cathedral, founded in 1900, and Seraphim Sarovsky chapel. Under the park there are graves of the city's first residents. The park is popular among families with children, elderly people and lovers due to its large number of old trees and calm atmosphere. Previously, this area housed the city's cemetery and central dance floor.
